Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Usually takes 1-10 business days. Custom items may require additional time to ensure premium quality.
  • Free Standard Shipping: 3-10 working days for most countries (US, CA, AU, UK, etc.).
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 working days (Available for an extra $35).
  • Remote Locations: Delivery may take 15+ working days. Additional remote area fees may apply.

Taxes & Duties

While we do not collect taxes in most countries at this time, any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Worry-Free Insurance

For complete peace of mind, you can add Worry-Free Insurance at checkout. This service covers:

  • Items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Stolen or missing packages after delivery.
  • Significant shipment delays.

Note: Insurance is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Accessibility: Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Please ensure your address is accessible and your phone number is correct.
  • Restrictions: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Modifications: Any changes to the delivery address or order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address provided.
